Spirometri tests

Personal evidence

On 11th April 2000 I visited

in Oslo,Norway for a checkup to do with my Heart dysrhythm problem
(something I was born with but wasn't found until after my gallbladder surgery when I was 43 years old).

Here were my lung function test results:

Note that even though the PEF of 570 lpm. is regarded
as good,it is slightly below the 'average' at my age
as
shown on the last chart on the previous page (175 cm height, male)

in June 2014 I had a full physical check up at:

and gave consecutive test results of

litres per minute.

(I say consecutive because my new doctor looked a little surprised
and asked me to do the test again, immediately )

You will see from the PEF table HERE ( the last chart) that this is
considerably ABOVE the average for my age.

Notice something strange?

I have got older but my lung
capacity and function appears
to have improved!

Now I didn't grow new lungs so
how do I explain that my lung
function appears to have gone
UP in the last 14 years when it
should have been going
